Adult Ballet

Our beginner ballet classes are designed for those with little or no ballet experience, offering a fun, friendly, and relaxed environment. We focus on basic ballet technique while enjoying the music and movement. You’ll learn a variety of ballet steps and exercises alongside like-minded people. These classes are suitable for all ages, and we welcome everyone. We’ve removed the stigma of the strict ballet class and the traditional ballerina image to make our sessions accessible and enjoyable for all.

Our intermediate ballet classes are ideal for those with some ballet experience, anyone returning after a break, or dancers who’ve progressed from our beginner level. Classes follow a traditional format but are taught in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. You’ll build on familiar steps while learning new ones, with a focus on technique, enjoyment, and leaving each class feeling accomplished and uplifted.

Our advanced ballet classes are ideal for dancers with solid experience. The technique, steps, and enchaînements we perform are more complex than in our intermediate classes, but we still maintain a strong focus on fun and enjoyment.

Our pointe classes are open to dancers with pointe experience in our intermediate or advanced levels, although you’ll need to speak with your teacher before joining to ensure safety. Pointe is also something that intermediate and advanced dancers can work towards if they’re not yet en pointe.
