Our Classes in Northampton

We have a range of classes across the week in our studio on Freehold Street, five minutes from Northampton town centre. Ballet at four levels, barre, tap, heels, contemporary, musical theatre, Commercial, Pilates, Yoga, Silver Swans and Sweat & Sculpt, all for adults. We then also have baby ballet / Mini Movers and our Squats and Snuggles which is our Mum & Baby workout class

Most adult classes are £8 or £9 and you pay as you go. No membership needed. No term to sign up for. Book the one you like the look of and come along.
