Northampton Heels classes are an up beat, high energy class (heels optional) all about self confidence, empowerment and fun.

Liza brings the popular Heels classes to Northampton! These sessions will leave you feeling confident, uplifted, and full of sass and flair. If you’d prefer not to wear heels, you’re very welcome to join in flat shoes – no problem at all. We recommend a block heel or boot rather than stilettos, as they’re easier to dance in.
Classes cost £8 per person.
