Squats & Snuggles is our Mum and Baby exercise class in Northampton where anyone of any fitness level can come and enjoy a workout along with their baby and feel comfortable in an environment where babies are welcome.
Squats & Snuggles
Squats & Snuggles provides a place where you can exercise and bond with your baby at the same time in a supportive and friendly environment.
The class is adaptable to suit those just coming back to fitness after having their baby, or those with a level of fitness they'd like to continue building on. Our mum and baby class works on a circuits type basis and is up beat, fun and welcoming with the time to enjoy a free hot drink with the community after class.
Classes cost £6 per person.
